~ Quick answers ~

Things people often ask

Do gift cards expire?

No. California law protects cash-equivalent gift certificates from expiring, and we follow that for all our gift cards regardless of tier.

Can a gift card be used for a different lesson type?

Each gift card is matched to a specific lesson tier — a Mommy & Me card covers a Mommy & Me lesson, a 60-minute Private covers a 60-minute Private, and so on. If you'd like to use it differently, text Rebecca and we'll work it out.

What if my recipient has never ridden before?

We'll match them to the right pony and start at their pace. If you're not sure which lesson tier to pick, the 30-minute Private Lesson is a great first ride — short enough for nerves, long enough to fall in love.

Can I get a refund on a gift card?

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They never expire, so your recipient can redeem whenever they're ready.

Do you offer dollar-amount gift cards?

Not at this time — we keep things simple with one card per lesson tier. If you have a specific request, text Rebecca at (202) 288-4066 and we'll see what we can do.
